Hours: Monday to Friday, 18.5 hours per week (days negotiable)

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our clients team on the Saintfield Road, Belfast. This part-time role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services and administrative support across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a professional front-of-house service, greeting visitors and managing reception duties.
- Handle telephone enquiries, including emergency and accessibility-related calls.
- Maintain reception area, meeting room bookings, and administrative records.
- Support estates fault logging, complaints handling, and vaccine storage protocols.
- Perform clerical tasks including document preparation, filing, post handling, and deliveries.
- Input incident reports into DATIX and assist with audio transcription.
- Operate office equipment, key management systems, and maintain stock levels.
- Conduct fire safety checks, support evacuations, and monitor access and CCTV systems.
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English, or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a receptionist/administrative role, working both independently and within a team.
- Working knowledge of fire safety checks and building evacuation procedures.
- Word/Text Processing Level 2 (OCR/RSA or equivalent).
