Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Rate of pay: £20 per hour
Rotation of day and night shifts
36 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Nursing qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience in a nursing home is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding, and mental capacity assessments.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to improving residents’ quality of life.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, person-centred care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments in line with individual care plans and NMC standards.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to create and review care plans that promote dignity and independence.
- Monitor and record residents’ progress, escalating concerns promptly.
- Support individuals with complex needs, including dementia, long-term conditions, and end-of-life care.
- Provide guidance and leadership to care assistants and junior staff.
- Maintain high standards of infection control, safeguarding, and clinical practice.
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
