Production Operatives – Gainsborough (DN21)
Pay: £13.15 per hour + 15% shift premium = £15.12 per hour
Shifts:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am–4:00pm & 4:00pm–2:00am
Potential Friday shifts: 6:00am–1:00pm & 1:00pm–8:00pm

PS Ltd are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our long-standing client based in Gainsborough (DN21). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established and supportive production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials into machines
Maintain high standards of quality and safety at all times
Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment issues promptly
Collaborate with team members and keep leaders informed of any issues
Be adaptable and willing to work across different areas of the production line
What We’re Looking For:
Good level of physical fitness – this is a hands-on role involving regular manual handling of timber products
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout your shift
Flexible and open to supporting other production areas, working overtime, or attending off-site training when needed
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
Basic understanding or aptitude for working with automated machinery
