Responsibilities
Manage the disposal of surplus assets in compliance with legislation and organizational policies.
Develop and implement strategic disposal plans to maximize returns on asset sales.
Collaborate with internal departments to identify surplus assets suitable for disposal.
Conduct market research to determine the best disposal methods and opportunities.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of all disposals and related transactions.
Negotiate sale agreements and contracts with third-party buyers effectively.
Report on disposal activities and outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
Proven experience in asset disposal and management within a similar role.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practices in the disposal process.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and conditions to inform disposal strategies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management software tools.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £45.86
