Telesales Executive | Plant & Tool Hire | Stirling | £30K–£32K
We are recruiting an experienced Telesales Executive with a background in plant or tool hire to join our client’s dynamic and growing team in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound sales calls to both new and existing customers in the plant & tool hire sector
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hire products and services
- Managing a pipeline of leads and converting enquiries into confirmed hires
- Accurately updating customer and sales information in CRM systems
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Providing excellent product knowledge and advice to customers
Requirements:
- Proven telesales or sales experience within plant hire, tool hire, or construction equipment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing deals
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems preferred
