In this role, you’ll be the connector between education and employment. You’ll develop and manage impactful work placements, apprenticeships, and industry engagement opportunities—ensuring every student has the chance to step confidently into their future.
What you’ll do:
• Create and coordinate high-quality placements and apprenticeships
• Build strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and community organisations
• Support students in accessing career pathways aligned with their goals
• Champion the College at industry and employer events
• Monitor labour market trends to shape responsive, future-focused provision
