Your Role
Your role will be working in a team of people who are the first point of contact for enquires to Adult Social Care, providing a responsive and effective service and ensuring all customer contacts are handled in a professional and appropriate manner.

You will make referrals to appropriate internal teams and external services, using the information you receive from members of the public, colleagues, and partner organisations.

About You
We are looking for a self-motivated person, who can work part time within a fast-paced environment, with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

An opportunity has arisen for a Referral and Information Officer within the Council’s Adult Social Care Front Door Team. This is a Multi-Disciplinary Team made up of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Social Care Officers, and Referral and Information Officers.

This role is a good place to begin a career in Adult Social Care and has proven career pathways and progression.
