We are recruiting for a leading SEN secondary school in Sutton, Surrey, committed to providing high-quality education for young people aged 11-19 with special educational needs.

Job Summary
This role involves providing support to students with special educational needs, assisting teachers in the classroom, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with a genuine desire to help young people achieve their full potential.

Qualification/educationRelevant qualifications in education or experience working with children with special educational needs are desirable.
ExperienceEssential: Proven experience working with students with SEN in a UK secondary school setting.
SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, resilience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with behaviour management techniques is highly beneficial.
