Summary

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Chef / Head Chef to join a busy kitchen team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating delicious dishes, leading a team, and contributing to menu development. You’ll play a key part in ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes.

  
  

• Supervising and managing the kitchen team.

  
  

• Assisting the sous chef and head chef with developing new dishes and menus.

  
  

• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety regulations.

  
  

• Monitoring portions and controlling waste to support profit margins.
