About the Role

This is an exciting new dual role to help support the ESPO/ETL sales teams to grow business across a variety of customer sectors.

For ESPO

  • The customer base will include schools and academy trusts, as well as other public sector customers such as local authorities and charities. You will manage a customer base of your own you will help support one of our regional teams to grow business targeting suitable new accounts.In addition to maintaining regular contact with existing customers the successful candidate will also help execute telemarketing sales campaigns, enhancing customer awareness of ESPO as well as supporting the wider sales team.

For ESPO Trading Ltd (ETL)

  • We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to target new prospects in the private sector. The role will involve researching and building prospect lists, identifying key decision-makers, and carrying out initial outreach via calls and emails. You will help prepare tailored sales materials, manage CRM data, and follow up on leads from campaigns and events. In addition, you’ll provide support with exhibitions and networking opportunities, ensuring prospects are effectively engaged and handed over to the sales team.

About You:

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven telesales or experience of selling as part of a customer service role
  • Knowledge of the education sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Experience of using Microsoft office as well as using a CRM system
  • We’d also expect you to share our commitment to our values and will ask you to evidence when you have demonstrated them as part of the interview process.
