Summary

This role is known internally as “HomeKey+ Service Coordinator”.

As part of the HomeKey+ team in our Housing Management Contract (HMC) with Cheshire West and Chester Council (CW&C), you’ll provide administrative and coordination support to Service Managers, Case Workers, and Technical Officers.

What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating delivery of specialist equipment, and ensuring accurate records of the equipment are maintained.
• Providing effective customer service to customer enquiries and taking a proactive approach to customer contact.
• Supporting colleagues to compile completion documents, confirming completion dates of works, and updating systems accordingly.
• Carrying out administrative duties including booking meetings, managing diaries, purchase order management, taking minutes, and updating case information.

• Great customer service and administrative skills and experience.
• Values in line with ForHousing values.
• A driving licence and use of a vehicle would be beneficial.
