Summary

Operational Service Manager -Personalisation & Long Term Support G12
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, confident and motivated manager that will promote and lead service change and continuous improvement with regard to social work practice .
We are looking for an individual that has proven experience of leading, influencing and developing teams and who can demonstrate skills and knowledge of models of care that support early help and prevention, self resilience and person centred care.
We are eager to appoint an individual that can demonstrate leadership skills and experience, successful collaborations and strengthening partnerships and engagement of people to effectively manage their own lives.
You will have well developed communication skills as well as the experience to manage a range of services that include integration with Health to deliver efficient services across organisational boundaries with the person at the centre of decision making.
You must hold a professional qualification in Social Work (Diploma in Social Work, BA/BSc/MA in Social Work, CQSW as required by Social Work England) and be registered with Social Work England
You must also have substantial management experience which demonstrates the ability to initiate, plan, monitor, develop and implement service provision.
