Summary
To deliver care to patients with Ophthalmic conditions. Out-patient clinics Supervision of patients Care of in-patients on a non resident on call rota (1 in 4) Contribute to Specialist Multi-disciplinary team meetings This post will deliver 10 PAs supporting the Vitreo Retinal team Ms Fiona Bishop, Mr Bataung Mokete and Mr Simon Kolb To work with colleagues in Ophthalmology to deliver acute on call (currently 1 in 4). This includes both out-of-hours cover in addition to acute ward rounds during normal working hours The appointee must hold accreditation in Ophthalmology in the Royal College of Ophthalmology or equivalent and have completed higher specialist training (or equivalent) if currently in a training programme within the UK.
