Our specialist Key Worker housing offers self-catering accommodation ranging from shared flats for single residents to apartments and houses for couples or families. We provide flexible stays from one night to a year or more.

Based on-site at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, we predominantly accommodate NHS employees, although our homes are also available to other Key Workers.

This is a varied role with no two days the same, covering a wide range of property and tenancy administration.

What you'll be doing

Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, answering enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Meeting and greeting customers, contractors, and visitors at reception.
Supporting bookings, move-in and move-out processes, including key management and documentation.
Preparing legal agreements, such as licences to occupy.
Carrying out site health and safety inspections and property checks.
Logging repairs, liaising with contractors, and keeping residents updated.
Managing post and general administration.
Processing invoices, income collection, and reconciling accounts.
Updating systems to maintain accurate occupancy, booking, and contact records.
Supporting the Accommodation Manager and working with NHS Trusts and other partners to meet housing needs.

What you'll need

A strong customer focus with proven administration or customer service experience.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Attention to detail and confidence with figures (rent calculations and invoicing).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.
Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a similar environment such as hospitality, lettings, or shared accommodation is desirable.

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.

Interviews will take place at the Accommodation Office, Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

What we can offer you

As part of our Key Worker team, you'll join a friendly, dedicated, and supportive environment where no two days are the same. We invest in our people, offering opportunities for personal development and a career within a successful and diverse organisation.

Some of our benefits include:

25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to 30 days)
Buy or sell additional holiday through our flexible benefits package
Generous pension scheme (up to 12% matched)
Life cover from day one
Recognition scheme with retail voucher rewards
