Summary

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Dundee House office, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will be a Fellow or Member of the RICS and have evidence of Continuing Professional Development.

Responsibilities

You will lead a team responsible for the provision of a full land and property estates management service including operational, leased and vacant stock on behalf of the City Council including asset valuations, leasehold and wayleave transactions, rent and service charge control and management of the Corporate Property Database.

The Individual

You will have post qualification experience. You must be able to demonstrate significant experience in all aspects of estates management and be able to demonstrate experience in property valuations.

You will have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, undertake property negotiations, organise, prioritise and delegate tasks as necessary along with the ability to prepare clear and concise briefing reports for the Property Manager.

You will have the ability to organise, prioritise and delegate tasks as necessary with working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel.

You will have excellent leadership qualities, be enthusiastic, ambitious and have flexible approach to working. You will excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders both within and outside the organisation and exercise discretion in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
