Administration Assistant (Part-Time) Heathside Walton-on-Thames Walton-on-Thames, Surrey KT12 2JP Starting ASAP 202515 hours per week2 days per week – Thursday & Friday Working Pattern 08:00am – 16:00 pm 38.4 weeks term time only ElmWey Pay 5 £27,634-£29,604 (FTE) Actual Salary £9,753-10,448 per annumWe are seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented School Administrative Assistant to join our team at Heathside Walton-on-Thames. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school office. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, playing a key role in fostering a welcoming and well-managed school environment.Duties will include: • Lead reception duties and responding to visitors, students and telephone enquiries, including first aid and general admin. • Responding to school and department reprographics requests including photocopying, printing and laminating teaching resources and exam materials • Support teachers and staff with general administrative tasks • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents • To order, receive deliveries and maintain stocks of stationery, accurately recording and reporting to Finance problems with deliveries.
