- Temporary to permanent position.

Initial training on rotating shifts (Monday - Friday):
- 6am - 2:15pm.
- 2pm - 10:15pm.
- Training pay: £12.60 per hour.
Permanent night shift (once trained):
Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6:15am. Night shift pay: £15.37 per hour.Key Duties
- Operating, programming, and setting up production machinery.
- Monitoring and topping up material levels.
- Conducting fault finding and basic troubleshooting.
- Performing regular quality control checks.
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch.
- Working effectively as part of a small, supportive team.
- Previous production or factory experience desirable.
- Willingness to complete training on rotating shifts before moving to permanent nights.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- £15.37 per hour on permanent night shift (after training).
- £12.60 per hour during training period.
