Summary


Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end development, integration, and maintenance ofthe HR and payroll system (iTrent).
* Act as the primary point of contact for system-related projects, enhancements, and initiatives.
* Provide expert advice on process improvement and system optimisation across the People & OD function.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensuresystems meet functional and technical specifications.
* Oversee data governance, analytics, and reporting to supportstrategic decision-making.
* Deliver user training and support, ensuring effective systemusage across the organisation.
* Contribute to departmental leadership, audits, and continuousimprovement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:
* Strong technical knowledge of HR and payroll systems, ideally iTrent.
* Experience in system configuration, integration, and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus onservice improvement.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver strategicoutcomes.
