Summary


Full-time Band 5 Theatre Practitioner in Elective Orthopaedic Theatres

Are you an enthusiastic person who is passionate about patient safety and quality and would like to further develop your clinical skills? With the opportunity to develop link roles and career development.

Ensure the highest standards of care and safety within the Elective Orthopaedic Theatres and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams, implement and maintain systems and processes which ensure standards are maintained

Ongoing orientation and mentor support

Support colleagues and foster a learning culture which values high quality safe patient care

Work in partnership with Orthopaedic colleagues to ensure multi-disciplinary team work in achieving agreed, common goals / outcomes across the Elective Orthopaedic service

Effective communication skills

Ability to interact effectively with peers and junior and senior colleagues

Willingness to learn a variety of theatre skills and engage in departmental link roles
