Summary
Argus Fire launched in 1982, and is now part of the Mitie Group. We are the UK's class-leading supplier of fire detection and fire protection systems. We design, install, and maintain all types of automatically operating fire extinguishing systems and electronically activated fire detection and alarm systems for large projects through to servicing small standalone products. We currently have over 200 employees and have offices based in Stourbridge (HQ), Manchester and London.

We are growing our service department, who cover clients nationwide and pride ourselves on excellent service and delivery, after installation servicing is key to keeping our clients systems fully compliant and operational. Whether it is special risk, detection or any sprinkler system, we provide service and maintenance of systems combined with 24/7 emergency call-out.
Role and Responsibilties - Remedials Co-ordinator - Service Department
As the Remedials Co-ordinator within in our Service Department you will be responsible for co-ordinating remedial delivery growth aligned to our Service & Maintenance operations. You will require excellent analytical skills, organisation and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team, suppliers and clients.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
-Co-ordinate remedial works through operational systems to ensure smooth flow and completion.
-Use of customer portals to co-ordinate works including creation of permits and requests to work.
-Monitor and progress submitted remedial projects to obtain client feedback.
-Attend internal meetings.
-Professionally interact with our customers either through email or telephone.
Essential Skills
-Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
-Can demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
-Proven IT skills with experience of MS office packages.
-Friendly and outgoing personality with the natural ability to engage with customers/clients representing Argus Fire professionally and positively.
-Willingness to learn and develop
