Summary
Applications are invited for the post of Consultant Obstetric Anaesthetist. The outline of the working week is given below, and applicants will be expected to participate in the departments on-call rota. Further clinical sessions are available for applicants wishing to undertake an 11th PA in line with other department members. 1.5 core SPA are initially included in the job description for newly appointed consultants. This can be increased if additional roles or responsibilities are agreed, up to a total of 2.5 SPA. Applicants will be expected to undertake appropriate pre- and post-operative visits.
