Summary
Draw up budgets, timescales, and work schedules for insulation and home-improvement projects in line with client requirements.
Brief project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of specifications and deliverables.
Supervise site operations, including hiring staff where necessary, establishing temporary site offices, and overseeing material deliveries.
Inspect and monitor project progress and quality of work, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
Identify defects or delays, propose corrective actions, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Record, monitor, and report on project performance, assembling documentation for invoicing and compliance purposes.
Act as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders, providing updates, preparing reports, and ensuring successful project completion.
