Summary
As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, including:
Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations, the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards.
Leading, developing, and supporting a skilled care team to deliver safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care.
Driving continuous improvement to achieve and maintain Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
Managing budgets, resources, and placement planning effectively.
Building strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies, families, and stakeholders.
