Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of governance policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on governance matters to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review governance documentation, reports, and board papers.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of governance practices.
