The Role

We are seeking reliable and caring Nursery Bank Staff to join our agency team. You will work in high-quality nurseries across South West London, supporting children aged 6 months to 5 years. This is a flexible role, giving you the freedom to choose shifts while gaining valuable experience in different settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily care and education of children in line with the EYFS
• Assist with engaging indoor and outdoor activities to encourage learning and development
• Follow safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s welfare
• Help with mealtimes, naps and personal care routines
• Collaborate with permanent staff to maintain smooth nursery operations
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for children and families

The Person

• Previous nursery or childcare experience (preferred but not essential)
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent (preferred)
• Genuine passion for supporting young children
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, proactive, positive attitude
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
