Summary

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Transportation team based in Longden Road Depot, Shrewsbury. In this role you will provide essential administrative support at our Fleet Workshops.

Location: Longden Road Depot, Shrewsbury - site based 5 days per week

Hours: Permanent, Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll support with the smooth running of the vehicle repair workshop. This includes managing data entry across various IT systems, handling customer interactions and responding to phone queries.

Your day to day will include:

-Provide admin support to the operational delivery of the fleet workshops

-Inputting data (raising repair job, updating systems, ordering parts)

-Ensure information is logged correctly and maintenance records are kept up to date

-Proven work experience in a similar role

-Resourceful and proactive in handling issues with both internal and external customers

-Proficient in Word and Excel
