About the Role
2 Year Fixed term contract.

As the Activities Manager for One Leisure, you will play a pivotal role in driving participation and ensuring the success of our vibrant activity programmes. Reporting to the Leisure and Operations and Manager, you will work closely with One Leisure Managers and centre-based teams to identify opportunities, provide guidance, and implement strategies that exceed financial targets. Your passion for people and commitment to fostering a fun and engaging environment will be essential in inspiring and motivating both staff and participants. With our leisure centres operating over 100 hours a week, flexibility in managing your time is crucial, as you will be expected to work two weekends out of every four and some evenings to meet the business's needs.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who possesses extensive knowledge of leisure centre programming and has a proven track record in managing and delivering successful activity programmes. Your ability to innovate and adapt to emerging trends will be key as you develop exciting initiatives for our diverse community, including health and fitness programmes, swimming lessons, and recreational activities for children and adults alike. You will bring exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and engaged in our activities.

If you have the drive to make a positive impact in the lives of our community and the expertise to lead our teams to success, we would love to hear from you!

We want to employ staff who embody our icare values (Inspiring, Collaborative, Accountable, Respectful, Enterprising) all of which support our ultimate purpose of putting our customers first.

A satisfactory DBS is required for this post.
