Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to analyse market trends to drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, and utilising Salesforce to track performance and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A background in marketing is advantageous but not essential.
