About the Role
As a Sales & Reservations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations, private dining, and special events while ensuring a seamless experience across the group’s venues. You will also play a key role in upselling premium experiences and cross-promoting other concepts within the group.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong guest relationships, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and warmly.
Coordinate bookings for private dining, group reservations, and special events.
Work closely with restaurant managers and front-of-house teams to maximise occupancy.
Upsell premium experiences such as wine pairings, chef specials, tasting menus, and private dining packages.
Cross-sell other venues and experiences within the group.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, offerings, and events to provide authoritative recommendations.
Track booking patterns, guest feedback, and occupancy to support operational planning.
Provide administrative support for confirmations, events, and guest communications.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, sales, or guest relations within hospitality.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable using reservation systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Proactive, problem-solving attitude, able to stay calm under pressure.
Genuine interest in hospitality, food, and drink.
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
