Summary

What is the job role?

Whoberley Hall is a small family school at the heart of its community.

We are looking for a friendly, efficient and capable Admin Assistant.

Who:

• Understands the need of a small, busy school

• Can follow instructions but also work independently

• Is able to learn skills quickly


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Able to greet visitors in a welcoming and friendly manner

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

• Confident and articulate telephone manor

• Able to meet tight deadlines

• Able to learn new skills quickly

• Able to work independently and also follow instruction

• It would be advantageous to have some experience of

using school MIS systems – though training will be provided
