Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026

In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with individuals and families who are facing challenges, offering the support they need to stay in their homes and thrive. You'll manage complex cases with compassion and care, helping to prevent eviction and promote long-term stability.

By coordinating with internal teams and external support agencies, you'll ensure residents receive the right help at the right time. From gathering essential information to maintaining clear, accurate records, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high quality, person-centred service that changes lives.

What You’ll Need:

• A genuine passion for helping vulnerable people
• Experience supporting individuals or families in complex situations
• Strong knowledge of social housing and tenancy sustainment
• Confidence working with external agencies to build positive partnerships

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our office in Leatherhead. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.

You must have the ability to travel and cover visits in the South region, such as Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford, Andover, Haslemere, Southampton, Christchurch, among other areas.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
