Learning Support Assistant (Supported Learning)

If so, United Colleges Group would be excited to welcome you to our dedicated Learning Support Assistant team, working with Supported Learning students at both the Willesden Green and Maida Vale Campuses.
You will be supporting students across the three strands of our provision: The Complex Needs strand for students with profound and multiple learning disabilities based on intensive interaction; the Independent Living Skills strand for students developing the skills required to live as independently as possible; and the Employability strand for students developing the skills, attributes and confidence to gain paid employment in the future.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work well with others, have excellent communication skills, and most importantly a dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
