Summary

A leading London-based IT consultancy is currently seeking 3x PMO Analysts to join their team on a Fixed-Term Contract basis, working for one of their high-profile end-clients across 3 different programmes in EU Group regulation, Cyber Analysis and Compliance & Financial Crime.
Job details:

  • Start Date - ASAP
  • Location - London
  • Salary - £50,000 per year
  • Duration - 6 months Fixed-Term Contract (possibility for extension)
  • On-site - 5 days a week, not flexible

PMO Analyst - EU Group Portfolio

  • General Project Management for IT knowledge and experience
  • Apply project management methodologies aligned with European regulations (e.g., GDPR) and industry standards
  • Foster a PMO community within the European group and head office
  • Ensure alignment with GDPR and other regional IT regulations


PMO Analyst - Cyber Analysis

  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge and work experience required
  • Police the portfolio ensuring company policy is applied e.g. financial approvals, change control
  • Possess deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and threat landscapes, with hands-on experience in delivering proactive support to PM teams across various initiatives
  • Information security knowledge, designing and executing cybersecurity strategies and countermeasures
  • Developing and implementing cybersecurity initiatives and protocols


PMO Analyst - Compliance & Financial Crime

  • As a PMO supporting IT initiatives in Compliance and Financial Crime, you will play a critical role in ensuring that technology-driven projects align with regulatory standards, mitigate financial crime risks, and are delivered on time and within scope
  • Project experience for Compliance and Financial Crime
  • Possess deep understanding of compliance & financial crime principles and threat landscapes, with hands-on experience in delivering proactive support to PM teams across various initiatives
  • Maintain risk registers and facilitate mitigation strategies
  • Support project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
