The Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining our reputation for culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

-Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards under the direction of the Head Chef.
-Managing and running a specific section of the kitchen.
-Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
-Assisting with menu development and specials using local, seasonal ingredients.
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in line with health and safety regulations.
-Collaborating with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
-Supporting stock control and ordering for your section.


What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality restaurant.
-Strong culinary skills with a passion for fresh, local ingredients.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
-A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred due to the remote location.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a 4-day work week during the winter season.
-Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
