Summary
As the Responsible Individual, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight across our children’s homes, ensuring they operate in full compliance with Ofsted regulations, the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, and Quality Standards. You will play a pivotal role in promoting a culture of safeguarding, accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Registered Managers, supporting them to deliver outstanding care, develop their teams, and achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and governance across multiple children’s homes.
Ensure homes comply with statutory requirements, regulations, and safeguarding standards.
Support and supervise Registered Managers, offering guidance and challenge where needed.
Champion a child-centred approach and ensure that children’s voices are heard in decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
Liaise effectively with Ofsted, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and growth of the organisation.
