Summary
Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable people to break the cycle of homelessness?
We are looking for a Sustainment Officer to provide tailored support to individuals and families living in temporary accommodation, helping them to access services, and work towards long term independent living. Working in partnership with local agencies, you will guide clients from crisis to independence providing support in tenancy sustainment, benefits budgeting, life skills, and more.
This is a rewarding frontline role where no two days are the same. You will carry out needs assessments, develop support plans, maintain regular client contact, and promote tenancy compliance and wellbeing.
The role includes some out of hours work to engage with those on the streets, as well as lone working and multi agency liaison. If you are motivated, empathetic, and ready to make a positive difference, we would love to hear from you.
