- Checking everything meets quality standards, keeping tolerances tight
- Editing and tweaking programs to keep things running smoothly

- Confidence in reading technical drawings and hitting tight tolerances
- Hands-on skills setting tools, offsets, and making program edits
- An eye for detail and the pride to make every part spot on
- Multi-axis experience is a bonus, but not a deal breaker
What’s in it for you?
- A proper salary of £35k–£40k, depending on experience
- Clean, modern workshop with the latest kit

- Supportive team culture where your input counts
