Summary

Brightwork is currently recruiting for Production Operatives, for our prestigious clients based in the Irvine area.

Various experience levels considered.

PAYE rates as below:
Days - £12.21ph

Your Time at Work:

• Preparing and packing products to customer specifications
• Working efficiently on a production line in a fast paced environment
• Maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Following company safety and quality procedures

Our Perfect Worker:

• Experience in factory work is ideal, but not essential (full training provided)
• Candidates from manual work backgrounds are welcome
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to work in a physical, hands-on role
• Team player with a willingness to learn and develop
