Summary
Educato are seeking staff with Team Teach qualification to work at a SEN School setting, supporting SEND children aged 16-19
This role involves working with children aged 16-19 who present with challenging behaviour linked to additional needs such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
You will be working within small classes of 7 pupils, supported by a SEND teacher and 3 other SEND learning support staff. The role will vary throughout the day, moving between 1:1 support and small group work, depending on the needs of the children.
