Summary

Salary - £28,876.61 per annum + overtime opportunities

We’re looking for two experienced Technicians to join our Production team at Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival — home to world-class performances and the UK’s biggest curated arts festival.

From concerts and conferences to cutting-edge theatre and large-scale festival events, you’ll provide first-class technical support and knowledge in lighting, sound, AV, rigging and staging. You’ll help ensure every show runs smoothly, working closely with internal and external partners including producers, artists, visiting companies and clients to deliver productions to the highest standards.

If you’re a skilled, flexible technician with a passion for the arts, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.
Successful applicants must have demonstrable experience in lighting, audio or stage management in a similar role within a multi-purpose arts and conference venue.
