Job Opportunity: Production Factory Workers
Location: Penrith, Cumbria
Pay Rate:
- Aged 18+: £12.41 per hour
- Under 18s: £10.53 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 07:30 - 15:00 (includes paid breaks)
- 06:00 - 14:30 (includes paid breaks)
Start Date: August/September
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating Machinery: Run and monitor equipment used in baking and production
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet high-quality standards
- Packaging: Safely package and label finished goods ready for distribution
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to hit production targets
- Maintaining Safety: Keep your workspace clean and follow all health & safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- A real team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
