As an Administrative Assistant in our Operational Training department you will:

Provide a range of administrative services including word processing, reception, post and filing duties.
Maintain the Training Centre resources inventory
Be responsible for making arrangements for the catering of training events, in accordance with agreed procedures

What makes you our ideal Administrative Assistant?

4 GCSE passes - Grade A*- C / 9 - 4, including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification (including L2 functional skills), or higher-level relevant qualification
Experience of reception duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and printing duties and responding appropriately to enquiries via phone and email
Proficient in Microsoft Office
