Summary

Tuesday and Wednesday
14 hours per week + some holiday cover where required

Key tasks - Purchasing:
Accounts payable processing of bills and incoming goods
Payment run set up

Key tasks – Accounts Receivable:
Customer accounts maintenance
Customer statements
Credit control
General accounts maintenance and admin

Key tasks – Sales:
Sales support to sales team
Prepare quotes, orders, delivery notes and invoices for customers
Liaise with customers regarding their requirements and order fulfilment
Liaise with our production staff re fulfilment of orders
General admin duties such as filing

Key Skills / Attributes:
Good keyboard skills – training will be provided in our bespoke CRM software
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a busy office environment and meet deadlines
Attention to detail is vital
An ability to work on own and use initiative

Training will be provided in bespoke software used in the company, but a good
knowledge of document production, use of spreadsheets etc is necessary
