Summary
Summary
Powermaster are looking for an Administrator to join the team based in Springkerse Industrial Estate, Stirling. We are a distributor for Air Conditioning products backed up with our Service Department and have been trading for 40 years.
Salary up to £DOE.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm (1 hour lunch) 35 hours per week.
20 days holiday plus 9 statutory days
Death in service benefit

Office based position, FK7 7UU
Duties and responsibilities as an Administrator:
• General office administration tasks such as filing, emails, typing, answering the telephone
• Updating various Databases / Spreadsheets
• Working closely with other departments across the business
• Raise purchase orders and organise delivery for required parts, materials, and subcontractors
• Assist on scheduling engineers
• Create Sales invoices & log Purchase invoices on Sage - training can be provided
• Overseeing and working with databases – updating relevant information and closing off jobs
• Handle all aspects of general administration to support the smooth operation of the business
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
The ideal candidate for an Administrator would need:
• Previous administration experience working as an administrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic Sage - training will be provided.
• Great organisation skills
• Great time and priority management
