Summary of Opportunity:
educationRnR is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Chelmsford. This part-time role is ideal for someone with previous experience in recruitment administration, candidate resourcing or compliance, who is looking for flexible working hours within a supportive and purpose-driven company. You will play a key role in helping us connect talented education professionals with schools that need them most.

About the Role:
• Source and engage candidates for current and future education vacancies
• Manage applicant communications and coordinate interviews
• Ensure all candidates are fully compliant with safer recruitment guidelines
• Carry out DBS checks, reference collection and right-to-work verifications
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update internal systems
• Provide administrative support to the Director as required

The Requirements:
• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or HR administration (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Confident using CRM systems, job boards and digital platforms
• Knowledge of safeguarding and recruitment compliance in education (desirable)
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
