• Provide a comprehensive administrative support to the Practice Education Team supporting with project delivery, this will be related mainly, though not exclusively to nursing apprenticeships
• Develop effective working relationships with managers and apprentices across the Trust, ensuring individual needs are dealt with effectively in a timely, professional and positive manner
• Having ownership of own recruitment activity from start to finish
• Organise and facilitate various recruitment campaigns including open days, job fairs etc.
• Support the operational apprenticeship team and where necessary, take ownership of new hires who are not engaged with relevant compliancy documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with Trust policies, recruitment processes and national/legal guidance regarding recruitment activity
• Delivering engaging informative presentations to an audience in a variety of settings
• Check email, deal with internal post/external post acknowledging receipt where required, taking appropriate action, redirect appropriately if required.
• Maintain records of contacts and support in the monitoring of recruitment for apprenticeships.
• Maintain up to date records, filing systems, databases and office systems ensuring consistency, accuracy, attention to detail enabling information to be located and retrieved efficiently and effectively in a timely manner.

· Liaise with Trust managers regarding any complex queries escalating to a senior manager where necessary and appropriate

· Organise and facilitate various recruitment campaigns including open days, job fairs etc.

· Support the operational apprenticeship team and where necessary, take ownership of new hires who are not engaged with relevant compliancy documentation requirements
