Location: Brigg (own transport essential)
Salary:
- Day Shift: £12.33 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: Competitive base rate plus £15 per completed shift (£60/week)
- Start Date: Immediate start available
We're hiring two Machine Operators to join our production team in Brigg, working with manual edging and trimming machines. If you're experienced in high-quality manual production processes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Available Roles:1️⃣ Permanent Day Shift
Monday to Thursday: 07:45 - 16:45
Friday: 07:45 - 12:45 (early finish!)
Pay rate: £12.33/hour
2️⃣ Permanent Afternoon Shift(after training)
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 00:15
Fridays off
Additional £15 per completed shift (£60/week)
Key Responsibilities:- Operate manual edging and trimming machines with precision
- Deliver consistent, high-quality output
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working area
- Meet production targets in a high-volume environment
- Report faults or quality issues promptly
- Experienced in manual production processes
