What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with SEN in mainstream lessons
• Delivering targeted 1:1 interventions in literacy, numeracy, or social skills
• Helping to implement EHCP targets alongside teachers and the SENCO
• Supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and classroom engagement
• Adapting resources to meet individual learning needs
• Collaborating with teachers, SEN specialists, and external professionals
