Reporting to Associate Director of Commercial Operations, the Head of Customer Engagement and Business Development is responsible for leading and managing the Customer Engagement and Business Development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, managing key customer and stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. The post holder will develop and implement Business Development strategy. The post holder will work closely with other departments to ensure that Customer Engagement and Business Development fully integrated and aligned to organisation vision, goals and values.
