Summary
Site Manager
We have a great opportunity for a Site Manager in the Oxfordshire area, working on an internal carpentry fit out package starting late September.
About the role of Site Manager
We are looking for a site manager with a background of strong commercial fit out experience coupled and keen eye for detail to work on a project in Oxford due to run for circa 1 year. The projects will consist of install of riser doors, fire doors, bathroom and cubicle fit out along with feature wall installations.
The programme is scheduled to run for circa 50 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a growing main contractor and embed your name into the company as they grow.
Requirements for the Site Manager
- Have commercial / carpentry fit out experience
- Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry
- Have experience in delivering commercial/ internal carpentry fit out projects
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS is required.
